Grundfos ALPHA3 32-80 circulator pump

The ALPHA3 communicates directly with the Grundfos GO Balance app, allowing installers to carry out quick and easy hydraulic balancing.

The built-in AUTOADAPT function in radiator and underfloor mode adapts continuously adjust pump performance to actual heat demand, i.e. system size and changing heat demand. The AUTOADAPT function will find the appropriate setting to offer optimum comfort with minimum energy consumption. This also ensures quick, safe and easy commissioning.

The design of the pump and the selected materials contribute to a longer service life. The pump is self-bleeding through the system, which contributes to easy start-up. Its compact design, featuring a pump head with an integrated control box, fits into most common installations. The pump and motor form an integral unit without closure. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. These construction features guarantee maintenance-free operation.

The pump casing is made of cast iron. The pump casing and pump head are galvanized to improve corrosion resistance.

The motor is permanent magnet motor, characterized by high efficiency. The speed of the pump is controlled by an integrated frequency converter, which is built into the control box.

The benchmark for the most efficient circulators is IEE ≤ 0.20.
