Lux-May, a company that has just turned 50 years in the demanding lighting market, is dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of luminaires, in its different branches of technical, decorative, industrial and outdoor lighting. It has a manufacturing plant of 12,500 m2, in the municipality of Amorebieta (Vizcaya), where the main 900 m2 offices are also located. It also has another plant in Alcobendas (Madrid) and different branches in the main Spanish cities.

Lux-May is a leader in sales in the national market and allocates 40% of its turnover to foreign markets, with a wide presence in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Portugal, Norway, Russia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Korea, Malaysia and North Africa. It attends as an exhibitor to the main national and foreign fairs, where it has become a brand of recognized prestige in the lighting sector. The production and design of Lux-May luminaires set a guideline to follow in the evolution of technical lighting, having the most sophisticated Light Calculation Program for the study, design and realization of any work or project.

Lux-May is a member of ANFALUM (Spanish Association of Lighting Manufacturers) and of FEDAI (Spanish Federation of Industrial Associations and Exporters of Lighting Fixtures). In addition, it belongs to the ECOLUM foundation for the defense of the environment. All its luminaires are sent with the Declarations of Conformity EN-60598, as well as the corresponding Quality Certificates and Guarantee of the supplies. The company LLOYD'S REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE issued the quality approval certificates ISO 9001: 2000, UKAS QUALITY MANAGEMENT and ENAC for production, which certifies the quality of its products.
