The World Health Organization (WHO) has detailed that hand hygiene is the most important measure to prevent the transmission of germs and contracting infections. In a context such as the current one and on the World Handwashing Day that is celebrated this Thursday, hansgrohe and AXOR electronic taps offer users hygiene, comfort and savings by combining two technologies such as infrared and EcoSmart, which allows users to use of the faucet without having to use your hands and, in turn, save water and energy, respectively.
"In a context such as the current one, hand washing without the need to touch the faucet acquires a very important weight and becomes a very attractive solution for proper hand cleaning, avoiding contact with the faucet and impregnating it with remains of food and dirt that may remain on the hands ”, explained the Marketing Director of Hansgrohe Spain, Luis Montes de Oca. "In addition, electronic products in terms of quality, design and innovation do not lose performance compared to conventional products."
The different models of hansgrohe electronic taps such as Focus, Metris S or PuraVida adapt to any type of public and private bathroom, giving the room personality and character. In addition, the signature of the famous designer Philippe Starck is found on the AXOR Starck and AXOR Starck Organic electronic faucets and there are also non-contact recessed faucets available in the AXOR Citterio and AXOR Uno collections. The highlight of these wall models is that the sensor Infrared is integrated into the lower part of the water outlet, so it is not visible to the user and does not disturb the aesthetics of the faucet.
With electronic taps, the Hansgrohe Group is committed to hygiene and the sustainable use of valuable water and energy resources: the sensor technology is perfect for frequent use, using only the water that is really necessary and keeping the heater active for less time. Hansgrohe's innovative EcoSmart technology also enables low water consumption by limiting the water flow to 5l / m.
On the other hand, AXOR and hansgrohe taps also feature technological innovations in the sector that allow a more efficient use of products. The Select technology is a clear example, since it is especially practical in a context such as the current one: Select allows the water flow to be opened and closed simply by pressing a button without using the hands, we can actuate it for example with the forearm; which is especially useful in public toilets with a great use such as hotels and restaurants when hands are dirty or full of soap.
Hansgrohe also has unique energy saving technologies such as CoolStart, which are available in most models of basin faucets, which allows significant savings in energy consumption. This technology allows only cold water to flow when we turn the faucet handle in the central position, avoiding turning on hot water at times when it is not necessary.
