What is a detachable pool?

March 3, 2023

A removable pool is a temporary pool that can be easily assembled and disassembled at any time. These pools are a popular alternative to permanent pools as they are less expensive and do not require permanent construction on site.

What is a detachable pool?

Above ground pools are often made from materials such as plastic, vinyl, steel or aluminum, and are available in a variety of sizes and shapes to suit different needs and spaces.

These pools can be installed in the garden of a house or on a patio, and are filled with water to create a cool and comfortable swimming area during the summer. Above ground pools are usually easy to set up and take down, making them ideal for those looking for a temporary and flexible solution to enjoy the water at home.

What types of removable pools are there?

  1. Plastic removable pools: these pools are made of plastic materials, such as polypropylene or PVC. They are lightweight and easy to install, and are available in a wide variety of sizes and shapes.
  2. Vinyl Detachable Pools: These pools are made of a heavy-duty vinyl liner that sits on top of a metal frame. They are affordable, easy to install, and available in many different sizes and shapes.
  3. Steel above ground pools: These pools are made of galvanized steel walls and a PVC liner. They are stronger than plastic or vinyl pools and can last longer.
  4. Aluminum above ground pools: These pools have aluminum walls and frames, making them strong and durable. They are easy to assemble and disassemble, and they can come in different shapes and sizes.
  5. Inflatable above ground pools: These pools are made of PVC or vinyl materials and are inflated with air to form the pool structure. They are easy to install and dismantle, but they are not as durable as removable pools made of other materials.

How to clean a pool?

Cleaning a removable pool is essential to keep the water clean and safe for bathing. Below, we describe the ways to clean a removable pool:

1.- Pool cleaner robots:

There are pool cleaner robots that can help you keep the pool clean without having to empty it . These robots are designed to remove dirt and debris from the bottom of the pool using a brush and vacuum system. Some models can even clean the walls and waterline.

Robot pool cleaners are often powered by rechargeable batteries and have a built-in filter system that traps dirt and debris. Some models also have additional features, such as the ability to schedule cleaning or remote control for custom cleaning.

Using a robotic pool cleaner can save you time and effort cleaning the pool, since the robot does most of the work for you. In addition, by not having to empty the pool to clean it, you can save water and reduce pool maintenance costs in the long term.

2.- Regular cleaning background:

Drain the pool: The first thing you should do is empty all the water from the pool. Use a drain pump or hose to do this quickly and effectively.

Cleaning the walls and bottom: Use a pool broom or a vacuum cleaner to clean the walls and bottom of the pool. You can use a brush to remove any stubborn dirt or stains.

Cleaning the filter: The filter is an important component of the pool and must be cleaned regularly to keep the water clean. If the pool has a cartridge filter, you must remove it and clean it with pressurized water. If your pool has a sand filter, you should follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning it properly.

Replacing disposable components: If your pool uses disposable components, such as filter cartridges, you should replace them regularly to ensure that the pool is working properly.

Filling the pool: Once you have finished cleaning the pool and components, you can fill it again with clean water.

It is important to note that the frequency of cleaning can vary depending on the amount of use and the location of the pool. Ideally, clean the pool regularly, at least once a week, to keep the water clean and safe for swimming.
