This barbecue is perfect for grilling any type of food in your leisure time with friends and family.

This barbecue has a metal structure with a lacquered bowl. It incorporates a height-adjustable chrome grill measuring 48.6 x 28.6 cm, a lower tray and transport wheels. In addition, on one of the sides it has a handle for its transport and on the other, it has a small folding wooden tray to place your barbecue utensils. The dimensions of the barbecue are: 83.5x41xh.86 cm and it comes in a box.

Whether you use firewood or charcoal, it is very important not to start cooking the meat until the embers are whitish and without call. A trick to make the coals last longer is to add a little coarse salt to them. This will also prevent so much smoke from being generated. And, above all, the grill must be very hot before putting the meat.

Before putting the meat, it is advisable to decide the height of the grill. In general, it is recommended that it be about 20 cm from the embers, but in the case of large pieces –such as steaks– it is advisable to separate the grill more from the embers. This is how they are made over low heat and prevents them from burning on the outside and being raw on the inside. It is not advisable to make the meat dizzy, quite the opposite. First one side until it seals well and then the other. And the meat is seasoned just before removing it from the grill, never before, because it will release juices and it will be drier.
