Charcoal barbecue Supergrill 60 Habitex

This barbecue is perfect to be able to roast any type of food in your leisure time with friends and family. Thanks to its two grills you can put several types of food at the same time.

This barbecue has a metal structure with a lacquered steel bowl. It incorporates 2 side trays and a lower tray, this allows you to roast and cook more food at the same time. The grill is chromed and has an adjustable height. It incorporates hooks for utensils and wheels for a comfortable transport. The grill has dimensions of 60x37 cm, the auxiliary grill has dimensions of 60x12 cm, the grill is at a height of 80 cm. It is presented in a box.

Whether wood or charcoal is used, it is very important not to start cooking the meat until the embers are whitish and without flame. A trick to make the coals last longer is to add a little coarse salt to them. This will also prevent so much smoke from being generated. And, above all, the grill must be very hot before putting the meat.

Before putting the meat, it is advisable to decide the height of the grill. In general, it is recommended that it be about 20 cm from the embers, but in the case of large pieces –such as steaks– it is advisable to separate the grill more from the embers. This is how they are made over low heat and prevents them from burning on the outside and being raw on the inside. It is not advisable to make the meat dizzy, quite the opposite. First one side until it seals well and then the other. And the meat is seasoned just before removing it from the grill, never before, because it will release juices and it will be drier.
