The intercom kits for buildings include:

Basic Loft Telephone:
- Audio terminal. Installed in homes, it allows communication with the street panel and door opening.
- A new concept of home telephone. An integrated design, in line with new trends and lifestyles, simple and functional that combines quality and design.
- Its purity of lines, its technology and features make this equipment an elegant and perfect element for any home.< br>- It is made of high-impact ABS plastic, with an easy-to-clean textured finish and ultraviolet protection for greater resistance to light.
- Wall-mounted and easy to fix.
- Conventional System: uses common threads to the entire installation plus 1 call wire (or call return) per dwelling.
- Recommended in small/medium sized buildings (up to 50 neighbors approx.), with several accesses and central guard unit. For urbanizations with general entrance and interior blocks.

Characteristics of the Loft Basic telephone:
- Doorphone: 4 common wires + N (1 call wire per home).
- Video doorphone: 7 common wires + 1 video coaxial + N (1 call wire per home).
- Maximum distance in the installation depending on the section of the cable used (consult technical manuals)
- The terminal incorporates a magnet in the area of the headset that allows the arm to hang well and be fixed to the base.
- Audio: 12 Vac

Audio Kit City panel 18 lines:
- Installed At the entrances to the building, they allow communication with the apartments, opening the door, calling the concierge, etc.
- Cityline is the line of "continuous profile" entrance panels for buildings.
- This new model of plate is more robust, more luxurious and of a higher aesthetic and functional quality. The new design integrates, in its video intercom version, the audio and video functions in the same module.
- It is characterized by its curved-convex profile, maintaining the same characteristics of its predecessor. There is full compatibility between both models, ensuring their immediate replacement and replacement.
- They are made of anodized aluminum, highly resistant to the elements and climate changes. It incorporates new materials such as chromed zamak in ends and push buttons
- Cityline plates do not include the embedding box or surface. This must be requested separately.
- It is possible to combine two or more plates, as long as they are from the same series. To fit them perfectly, a set of spacers must be used for every two plates that are installed between their embedding boxes.
- Aluminum color.
- Injected zamak call buttons with chrome finish, in line with the curved profile of the plate. Waterproof for outdoors.
- Equipped with special gold-plated contacts that provide them with greater durability.
- Pressing the call button is confirmed by an acoustic witness emitted by the amplifier.
