buenas tardes, tenemos un termo Ariston Pro 1 Eco Dry multis 80 eu Comenzó a gotear la válvula de seguridad hemos cambiado el latiguillo y la válvula o retención hace unos 20 días y ahora ha comenzado a gotear de nuevo. Cual seria la solución al problema? A la espera de una respuesta desde ya muchas gracias.
Buenos días, que gotee por la válvula de seguridad entra dentro de la normalidad ya que la vávula sirve para aliviar el exceso de presión de la instalación y de esta manera proteger el termo eléctrico.
Aun así, le recordamos que cada dos años debe hacer una revisió del ánodo de sacrificio ya que si la cal lo consume por completo el termo se estropeará.

Hay que programar la temperatura o se programa solo, me lo han instalado muy alto y no puedo ver la temperatura, me conviene mandar que me lo intalen mas bajo. Lo he instalado en la terraza me conviene ponerle algun aislante?. Gracias
Buenos días, lleva un display para poder regular la temperatura y activar la función ECO y T-MAX. Si tiene la opción de recolocarlo para su comodidad puede hacerlo, recomendamos que esta tarea la lleve a cabo un profesional autorizado. Si esta instalado en el exterior recomendamos que este protegido de las inclemencias del tiempo como lluvia o viento.
sE PUEDE COLOCAR HORIZONTAL? Me comentar el instalador que una vez colocado no hay que tocarlo nunca, que se regula solo, entonces ¿como seleciono la temperatura y la funcion ECO?
Buenos días, este modelo es multiposición, es decir, se puede poner o en vertical o en horizontal. Su instalador está en lo correcto, una vez instalado se regula solo y no se debería moverse.
