El termo tiene muy buena pinta. La mercancía me vino dañada y a pesar de enviarles videos y fotos de la entrega, no se hicieron cargo de la devolución. Revisad todo bien y ponedlo en el albarán antes de que se vaya el transportista
Lamentamos toda incidencia que pueda producirse durante el transporte, pero como dice Sergio, si no se especifica daño alguno en el documento de conformidad de entrega es imposible saber en qué momento se produjeron dichos daños. No es una cuestión nuestra, lo especifica la Ley de Ordenación de Transporte Terrestre. No será válido ningún documento gráfico ya que puede haber sido modificado o realizado en diferente fecha a la de entrega. Así miso, la reclamación deberá producirse dentro del plazo especificado de 24 horas después de la recepción del material.
