This barbecue has a lacquered steel metal structure and an enameled steel grill. It is equipped with an electronic ignition system, a removable fat collection tray, and incorporates an oven lid with a temperature indicator. Includes side trays, enameled steel grill and griddle, upper auxiliary grill to keep food warm. It comes with 4 wheels and 2 with brakes for a comfortable transport. Whether wood or charcoal is used, it is very important not to start cooking the meat until the embers are whitish and without flame. A trick to make the coals last longer is to add a little coarse salt to them. This will also prevent so much smoke from being generated. And, above all, the grill must be very hot before putting the meat.

Before putting the meat, it is advisable to decide the height of the grill. In general, it is recommended that it be about 20 cm from the embers, but in the case of large pieces –such as steaks– it is advisable to separate the grill more from the embers. This is how they are made over low heat and prevents them from burning on the outside and being raw on the inside. It is not advisable to make the meat dizzy, quite the opposite. First one side until it seals well and then the other. And the meat is seasoned just before removing it from the grill, never before, because it will release juices and it will be drier.
