Description
They are used to connect fixed gas appliances, boilers, etc., facilitating their installation due to the advantage of extending their length and adjusting correctly to the device.
Details
It is manufactured with a corrugated stainless steel pipe and brass nuts on its ends. Includes NBR seals according to EN 549.
Provided with a heat-shrinkable coating (Polyolefin) with adhesion to all corrugations of corrugated tubes with fire-retardant properties and without affecting the mechanical extension or the contraction force of the tube. The coating also protects the tube from the aggressive environment.
The maximum operating temperature is + 120º.
The working pressure for gas pipes is 0.4 bar, according to the current standard.
The welds are carried out using the TIG method in an argon-protected atmosphere, without any type of material input, through the direct fusion of the base materials.
The radius of curvature must be at least 1.5 times the outside diameter of the pipe, never below it.
