Hecapo wall boiler connection kit

Corrugated tube obtained from stainless steel strip. The types of stainless steel used are: AISI 321, AISI 304 or AISI 316L. The connections are made from bars of: carbon steel, brass CW619N, AISI 303 or AISI 304. The gaskets are made of EPDM, except for the gasket of the gas expandable (white tube) which is made of NBR material.

Heat-shrinkable coating with adhesion to all the undulations of the corrugated tube, made of PVC material with flame retardant properties. This coating also protects the tube from environmental aggression without affecting the tube's mechanical extension or contraction strength.

All welds are carried out automatically using the TIG method, in an argon-protected atmosphere, without any addition of material, through direct fusion of the base materials.

The working pressure for the gas tube (white tube) is limited to 0.4 Bar, in compliance with current regulations UNE-60713/1, which provides for its use in appliances with a maximum heating capacity of 35kW. For applications other than those indicated, please consult our technical department. For water pipes, the maximum pressure is 10 Bar.

Leakage tests are carried out on 100% of production: each piece is tested individually and immersed in water with pressurized air applied internally in order to test all parts of the pipe, mainly the welds. Sampling tests, including destructive tests, are also carried out in the internal laboratory, as required by specific regulations in force.

The bending radius must be at least 1.5 times the external diameter of the pipe. Never below this. If we have a pipe with an external diameter of 18, the minimum bending radius is 27.

Features of the Wall-mounted boiler connection kit:
- The corrugated pipe is made from AISI 321, AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel strip.
- The connections are made from carbon steel bars, CW619N, AISI 303 or AISI 304 brass.
- The seals are made of EPDM, except for the gas pipe seal (white), which is made of NBR.
- The gas pipe coating (white) is heat-shrinkable, with adhesion to all the corrugations of the corrugated pipe. The coating is made of PVC with flame retardant properties.
- Maximum gas pipe pressure (white): 0.4 Bar
- Maximum water pipe pressure: 10 Bar
- The minimum bending radius must be 1.5 times the outer diameter of the pipe.

Composition of the connection kit for Hecapo wall-mounted boiler:
- 2 DN12 Stainless Steel Extendable Male-Female 1/2” length 200/400 + EPDM seals for water.
- 2 DN20 Stainless Steel Extendable Male-Female 3/4” length 200/400 + EPDM seals for water.
- 1 DN12 Stainless Steel Extendable Female-Female 1/2” x 3/4” length 200/400 + NBR seals for gas.
