Cancel item or an order

Have you made a mistake or changed your mind about your request? Don't worry, if it hasn't been sent yet, you can cancel it without problems.

In order to cancel an item or an order you must send us an email to webinfo@rehabilitaweb.com indicating the order or product you want to cancel.

You will receive the refund by the same payment method that you used.

In case your order has been sent, you must wait for the transport agency to deliver it to you and request the return by mail.
