Warranty Usage:
As established by current law, all products will enjoy a minimum two-year warranty. In each article page in Rehabilitaweb the different guarantees and terms of each one are specified.
If once you have installed or started using the product, you detect a malfunction or factory defect, contact the brand's Technical Assistance Service in your area. You will only have to present the Rehabilitaweb purchase invoice to make use of the guarantee and that the revision and repair or change of the defective product will not incur an additional charge.
It is very important that the product is not manipulated or uninstalled from the location and position in which it is when the fault is detected, since the SAT will review the installation to make sure that it is a fault of the article. For this reason, at Rehabilitaweb we always recommend resorting to an accredited installer who offers guarantees for the installation itself and makes sure you are covered in the event of a breakdown or operating incident. On occasions (air conditioners, softeners, aerothermal equipment, etc.), the SAT itself may ask you for the installer's details in order to contact him prior to the in-person visit to the home.

In the event of a malfunction in electrical equipment or water pumps, you will have to send the product to our warehouse where it will be sent to the manufacturer for review. This is marked by the procedure of the suppliers of said material.
Once the malfunction has been verified and not before, Rehabilitaweb will proceed to exchange or refund it. The expenses associated with the shipment will be shared: the client will pay the one-way expenses while Rehabilitaweb will assume those of the new shipment.
