Delivery term

Shipping times are reflected in each product file.

In Rehabilitaweb there are two types of delivery time:

- If we have stock, the delivery time is reflected in the description of each item. The number of days it will take to arrive will depend on the particularity of the item and the shipping method.

- If we do not have stock, we will make a request to the supplier and you will be notified of the new forecast. In this case, Rehabilitaweb will facilitate the cancellation of the order without incurring an additional cost, making the full refund of the amount paid in the first instance.

When we ship your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

If 10 days have passed since you received the confirmation and you have not received your package, contact us.
