Check if the delivery note that arrived with your order has your name and the correct information of your order. If so, please contact Rehabilitaweb through our email, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product reference, once we verify that we have sent you the item by mistake, we will send you the purchased product and we will collect the product sent by error without any extra cost.
If the name that appears on the delivery note is not that of the account holder with which the order was placed, contact us in the same way by email and we will redirect the packages as soon as possible.
