If you detect any problem at the time of delivery of your order (damaged packaging, damaged items, missing products or wrong shipments) you must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note, describing exactly the anomalies, which must be demonstrated, evidenced and / or recover, expressing possible negligence through observations such as "merchandise received damaged", "open or manipulated boxes", etc. It will not be valid to express only "according except examination". Then you must send photographs of the external packaging and the material itself, showing the damage caused to the purchased product and the shipping label (at a readable distance).
The LOTT establishes a period of 48 hours from the receipt of the material to make claims for damages during transport, once this time has elapsed, Rehabilitaweb will make the relevant claim in the same way, although we cannot guarantee a favorable resolution of the same.
Remember that a damaged product corresponding to an incident pending resolution can never be installed, used or manipulated until its resolution. It must remain in the original packaging or, failing that, in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
