Payment methods

Rehabilitaweb.es offers you different means of payment so that you can choose the one that suits you best or suits your needs:

- Payment by credit or debit card:

You can use Visa or MasterCard. If you make the payment with one of these cards, the charge will be made on your card at the time of making the purchase. In the event that the POS informs of the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled. In case of making the payment through a credit card, both the collection and the return (if it occurs) will be made with the same conditions contracted with the bank (eg: if the credit card is a charge to the 5th of the following month, the refund will be made on the 5th of the following month)

For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, the issuing bank must be covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.

Rehabilitaweb reserves the right to reject any operation carried out with a credit card. In this case we will proceed to reject the operation and make the return.

- Transfer payment:

This modality is limited to orders with an amount greater than 100 euros. You can make a bank transfer to the following account.

This payment method can take between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the issuing and receiving entities. We ask that you indicate the order number as a concept and that you send the exact amount of your purchase, so that we can locate the payment quickly and process the shipment without delay. If you want, you can send us the proof of payment that we will attach to your order and it will help us even more.

- Payment through the Paypal platform:

If you select Paypal as the payment method, the page will redirect you to their platform to complete the payment at the end of the purchase process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can confirm the payment by accessing your account with your user data. If you don't have a Paypal account yet, you can create one or log in as a guest.

Normally, the payment through PayPal is completed in a matter of minutes and the order is processed immediately.

Keep in mind that, when paying with PayPal, you will be accepting its terms and conditions and the collection of order management costs is subject to the conditions imposed by Paypal, not by Rehabilitaweb.

- Payment through Bizum:

If you choose the payment option through Bizum, you should know if your bank accepts this payment method for electronic businesses and make sure that you have the account associated with the account you want the charge to be made and not another.
