Rehabilitaweb reserves the right to decide at any time, the products that are contained and offered to users through the store and may, at any time, add new products to those included in the store, with the understanding that such new products will be governed by the provisions of the conditions of sale in force at that time.

1. Formalization of the contract and delivery of products:

1.1. By placing an order, you declare that you act exclusively for private purposes.

1.2. Orders are made exclusively through the website, we only conclude contracts in Spanish.

1.3. By clicking on "Buy" you are placing a binding order for the items that appear in your basket. Once you have issued your order, we will immediately send you an email confirming it. The binding contract is formalized at the moment you receive the order confirmation from us. 1.5. We do not assume the risk of buying the product ordered from another supplier accredited by Rehabilitaweb. This is also applicable for generic item orders. We are only required to deliver from our available stock and from stock that we have requested from our providers.

1.6. Deliveries are made in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary archipelago, Ceuta and Melilla. Also to Peninsular Portugal, France Metropole, Germany, Italy, Holland, Poland (only continental territories).

Delivery times are expressed in working days, working days will be understood as every day between Monday and Friday, both included, but not holidays or weekends.

1.7. Delivery modes:

The products are sent to the address that you indicate when placing the order, in the section specified for this purpose. In the case of placing an order for several items with different availability, the delivery time will take into account the longest expected delivery. In exceptional cases, Rehabilitaweb reserves the right to break down the order, sending the available items.

From the shopping cart you can select the type of shipment.

- Home delivery: The transport includes from our facilities to the address given as delivery address, said delivery only includes up to street level. In the event that the material had to be uploaded to the home for special reasons, you must contact Rehabilitaweb before placing the order so that the service can be contracted through the collaborating agencies.

- Collection at the Logistics Center: Located at C/ d'Enric Granados nº16 in Esplugues de Llobregat, 08950 (Barcelona) Spain. For the collection of the material you must present along with the order, the DNI or identity document. This collection method has no associated transport cost.

1.8. Damaged packages:

In the event that you detect any problem at the time of delivery of your order (damaged packaging, damaged items, missing products or wrong shipments) you must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note, describing exactly the anomalies, which must be demonstrated , evidence and/or recover, expressing possible negligence through observations such as "merchandise received damaged", "open or manipulated boxes", etc. It will not be valid to express only "according except examination". You must also send photographs of the external packaging and the material itself, showing the damage caused to the purchased product and the shipping label (at a readable distance).

At Rehabilitaweb we reserve responsibility in cases of efficiency, lack of packaging or other incompatibilities.

1.9. Shipping terms:

If we have stock, the delivery time is reflected in the description of each item. The number of days it will take to arrive will depend on the particularity of the item and the shipping method. If, on the contrary, we do not have stock, we will make a request to the supplier and the delivery time will be modified. If there are affected customers, they will be notified of the new provision and the order cancellation will be provided without involving an additional cost, making the full refund of the amount paid in the first instance.

Compensatory claims will not be accepted in case of not being able to meet the delivery deadline.

These deadlines are calculated on working days from Monday to Friday since Rehabilitaweb does not make shipments on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

At Rehabilitaweb we are not responsible for force majeure causes that may lead to a delay in the delivery of the product, but we are committed to guaranteeing its resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In particular, delivery times may be affected by the following assumptions: adverse weather circumstances, fires, carrier strikes, supplier failures, supply difficulties and exceptional government or institutional measures.


2. Prices:

The prices established in the products on the date on which the order is placed will be applicable. The prices established are the final prices (total), that is, they include the value added tax at the applicable legal tax rate corresponding to the country of origin of the purchase.


3. Payment methods:

Rehabilitaweb reserves the right to reject any operation carried out with a credit card. In this case we will proceed to reject the operation and make the return.

3.2. Payment by transfer: This method is limited to orders with an amount greater than 100 euros. You can make a bank transfer to the following account.

This payment method can take between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the issuing and receiving entities. We ask you to indicate the order number as a concept and to send the exact amount of your purchase, so that we can locate the payment quickly and process the shipment without delay. If you want, you can send us the proof of payment that we will attach to your order and it will help us even more.

4. Shipping costs:

4.1. Shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process. The total cost of the shipment will be identified and detailed on the payment screen and in the proof of payment that is issued.

4.2. Free shipping service is available for some products. When you place the order you will be able to see if this option is available for that specific product.

4.3. Depending on where the product is shipped from, additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight or dimensions of the product.

5. Promotional vouchers and how to redeem them:

We remind you that any material used, installed or without the original factory packaging can never be returned by way of withdrawal.

The material must meet the following:

- It must be packed in the same conditions that it was delivered to you. In its original factory packaging and without any damage or evidence of having been used.

- We emphasize the importance that you must protect the material properly so that it reaches us in the same state in which you send it. Avoiding possible damage during transport.

- We recommend you take photographs of the material before sending it, in which the condition of the material, its packaging and protections can be appreciated.

- If upon receiving the merchandise we observe external or internal damage that prevents us from selling it to another client, we will reject the material and its return. In this case, you must resort to the photographs mentioned in the previous point to make the relevant claim to the company you hired.

Once we receive the material and review its condition, the amount proportional to the condition of the product will be refunded. 7. Cancellations:

8. Refunds:

9. Product availability:

10. Guarantees:

Rehabilitaweb guarantees the quality and condition of the supplied material, under the established legal terms, for a period of three years from the delivery date.

In case of detecting an operating and/or manufacturing defect in the purchased products, you will have to contact the official Technical Assistance Service of the manufacturer, who will authorize in writing the repair or replacement of the material in case of malfunction or breakdown within the term of guarantee. Rehabilitaweb will be responsible for the price reduction or termination of the contract within this period of time as long as the consumer and user has informed Rehabilitaweb of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. Remember the need to store the original factory packaging in which the material was supplied during these two months, otherwise the commercial guarantee cannot be used during this period.

We also recommend keeping a physical or digital copy of the purchase invoice to present it.

It is made known that the guarantee of each product will be subject to the conditions and scope established by each manufacturer.

In the event of a malfunction in electrical equipment or water pumps, you will have to send the product to our warehouse where it will be sent to the manufacturer for review. This is how the procedure of the suppliers of said material marks it.

Once the malfunction has been verified and not before, Rehabilitaweb will proceed to exchange or reimburse you. 11. Facilities:

We recommend that the installation of the products is always carried out by an authorized installer who offers you all the guarantees. Rehabilitaweb is exonerated from claims derived from a bad installation of the products.

11.1. Installation of air conditioning, air conditioning and/or heating devices: All products sold in the online store, and especially those corresponding to gas and air conditioning installations, must be installed by accredited technical personnel in accordance with current legislation.
