What can I do if a payment method is not offered?

Please note that our Customer Service team has no way of changing the payment methods offered to you at checkout. If your preferred method isn't available right now, it may be available again with one of your next purchases.

For reasons of data protection, we also cannot know exactly why a payment method is not offered.
