Sanitrit Sanivite pump for dirty water

It allows to evacuate the waste water coming from a sink, a dishwasher, a washing machine, etc. it was higher or further away.

This pumping system allows you to get rid of the technical requirements of an apartment: with the SANIVITE it is not necessary to plan to install the kitchen or the laundry room right next to the downspout of the house so that the water can fall by gravity, the pump Evacuation can raise the waters up to 5 meters high or 50 meters away.

This pump has been developed to resist the hot water that comes from the usual household appliances in the house but it can perfectly serve to evacuate the water from a bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, sink or bathtub. It has an automatic starting system that starts the engine when the water enters the tank.

It has 4 inlets of 40 mm in diameter: 2 in the upper part and 2 in the lower parts of the sides. The appliance is delivered with an evacuation elbow pre-equipped with a non-return valve that can lift the water through a 28 or 32 mm diameter tube (we recommend using a 32 mm section tube for optimal work of the motor).

Installation and use tips:

- The appliance must be installed in such a way that access is easy for its control and that the plug is accessible.

- To optimize the technical developments of this device in terms of noise reduction, it is important to:

1.- Install the tank so that it does not touch the walls.

2.- Position the appliance on a floor as flat as possible.

3.- Correctly fix the evacuation tube with less than 1m of distance between fixing points.

- Do not throw products such as solvents, paint, caustic soda, acids or other chemical products into the toilets connected to the appliance.

- We recommend the use of biodegradable detergents for washing machines and dishwashers.

Connections:

- The connections of the toilets to the SANIVITE must be made with a Ø 40mm pipe (at the lowest side entrance) or Ø 32mm (at the highest side entrance) and respect a 3% slope.

- Ensure that the drain of the shower or bathtub is at least 150mm from the floor.

- Carry out the vertical section of the evacuation path with a Ø 32 mm tube and install it as close to the appliance as possible (max. 30 cm). If a horizontal route is subsequently required, it will be carried out with a 40 mm diameter tube, always with a 1% slope to the general drain.

- If the evacuation only requires a horizontal path, this can be done with a 32mm tube, always with a 1% slope to the general drain.

- We recommend installing a drain at the low point to facilitate maintenance.

- Position the appliance so that the plug is accessible.

- Connect the device to earth (Class I) and protected with a high sensitivity differential circuit breaker (30 mA) and a 20 A automatic.

- The electrical connection must serve exclusively to power the appliance.
