Buenas tarde quisiera saber si tiene función deshumidificador. Otra pregunta es si ustedes instalan y precio aproximado. Por otro lado si yo me encargo de la instalación, me mandan los documentos para que los complemente la empresa instalador a y donde se los envío. Se puede pagar al recibirlo. Si hay algo roto al abrir la caja o no funciona al instalarlo, nos lo cambian por otro equipo. Estaríamos interesados en 2. Muchas gracias reciban un cordial saludo. Christofer Álvarez
- Sí, todos los equipos incluyen un modo deshumidificador
- No, en Rehabilitaweb no disponemos de servicio de instalación, este deberá contratarlo el cliente en su zona a través de un servicio acreditado que deberá cumplimentar los documentos que SÍ Rehabilitaweb facilita.
- Tendrá un plazo máximo de un año para devolvernos firmados los documentos de compra e instalación de los equipos (con un escaneado o fotografía donde se pueda leer todo el documento nos vale).
- Si presenta algún fallo de funcionamiento el servicio técnico se personará en el domicilio y revisará que la instalación esté correctamente hecha. Si el fallo no procede de la instalación le cambiarán la pieza o unidad que esté defectuosa, sin ningún coste dentro del periodo de garantía.
- Recomendamos que, al recibir los equipos, revisen el estado externo del embalaje y anoten en el albarán de entrega de la agencia cualquier daño externo que pueda evidenciar daños internos. Así podremos interponer reclamación en caso de (posteriormente) observar algún daño producido durante el transporte.
