High temperature flaring system for copper and aluminum pipes. Frictional heat innovative system for molding tubes. No more leaks, more contact surface between flare and valve. Flaring in 5 seconds up to 10 times faster than traditional tool
How to use:
1. Always keep the pipe ALIGNED with the drill and PUSH the STIGMÌ Flaring Tool all the way in, applying CONSTANT PRESSURE, until the stop of the STIGMÌ hits the pipe.
2. Keeping the tube ALIGNED with the drill operating at FULL SPEED, remove the STIGMÌ Flaring Tool from the inside of the tube with a firm movement. Remember that the entire flare process, both entry and exit, should not take more than 5 to 7 seconds.
3. Screw the nut onto the valve of the equipment using a wrench for the coupling. As you couple, the nut and valve will give the final shape and angle to the flared end of the tube, with no subsequent cracking or leakage.
