This is a canned rotor pump, which means that the pump and motor form an integral unit. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid, ensuring maintenance-free operation. Pump includes dry-running protection.

Pump has ceramic shaft and radial bearings, carbon thrust bearing, stainless steel rotor sleeve, support plate and rotor liner and composite impeller , and all of these contribute to a long service life.
