ALPHA1 L is a high efficiency circulator pump designed for heating systems. It can be used independently, as well as integrated into existing systems as a replacement and into new heating systems.

Details

More information
Grundfos ALPHA1 L 15-60 130 is a high-efficiency circulator pump with permanent magnet motor (ECM technology).

The pump offers three control modes, radiator heating mode, underfloor heating mode radiant and constant speed/curve mode.

In addition, the speed can be controlled by a low voltage PWM (pulse width modulation) signal.

The pump has a ceramic shaft and radial bearings, carbon thrust bearing, stainless steel rotor sleeve, support plate and rotor liner, and composite impeller all contribute to long life, and the pump is self-bleeding, which contributes to simple commissioning and easy control mode selection.

Its compact design, featuring a pump head with integrated control box and control panel, suits most installations. usual, as well as boilers.

The pump and motor f form an integral unit without closure. The pump design is wet rotor. The bearings are therefore lubricated by the pumped liquid. This construction ensures maintenance-free operation.

The pump casing is made of cast iron and is galvanized to improve corrosion resistance.

The motor is a synchronous rotor of permanent magnets/compact stator. The pump controller is incorporated in the control box, which is mounted on the stator housing and connected to the stator by means of terminal connector.

Main features of the Grundfos ALPHA1 L 15-60 130mm electronic circulator pump:
- Three constant curves/constant speed
- Radiator heating mode
- Underfloor heating mode
- PWM profile for heating applications (profile A). The PWM signal is a method of generating an analog signal using a digital source.
