Pattex SP101 multi-material sealant white

Pattex SP101 sealant is an elastic adhesive developed with Henkel's Flextec technology, designed to cross-link on contact with ambient humidity. Its formula guarantees elastic sealing and bonding without shrinkage, with excellent mechanical properties and great adhesion to different types of materials, without the need for prior priming. It is weather resistant, durable, easy to apply and paintable once dry, being suitable for various applications in construction, industry and maintenance.

Technical characteristics of Pattex SP101 white sealant:
- High adhesion / multi-materials: It adheres excellently to multiple supports such as glass, ceramic, steel, aluminum, wood, rigid PVC, and many others, without the need for a primer.
- Mechanical properties: High modulus and excellent elastic recovery, ensuring a strong and long-lasting bond.
- Weather resistance: Resistant to solar radiation and adverse weather conditions, without surface cracks.
- Applicability: Easy application even at low temperatures. Suitable for wet surfaces, vertical or ceiling applications. It does not attack the supports.
- Paintability: Silicone-free and paintable once dry (previous tests are recommended).
- Isocyanate-free: It does not contain isocyanates, making it safer and more environmentally friendly.
- Mold resistance: Prevents the formation of mold, keeping the appearance clean and long-lasting.
- Color: White.
- Format: Available in 280 mL cartridge and 600 mL bag.
- Storage: It should be stored in its original packaging in a dry and cool place, with a shelf life of 15 months at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C.

Fields of application:
- Ideal for sealing roofs, skylights, gutters, decks, carpentry, windows and joints with movements of up to ±20%.
- Perfect for elastic bonding of panels, cladding, tiles, skirting boards, frames, sinks, ventilation and air ducts conditioning, among other construction materials.

Recommendations for use:
- Apply on clean, dry surfaces, free of dust and grease. Surfaces can be degreased with suitable solvents such as alcohol or acetone.
- Not recommended for surfaces made of PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®), EPDM rubbers, polychloroprenes, bitumen, copper, brass, natural stone and mirrors. In these cases, special products designed for such applications should be used.

How to use?
1. Cut the end of the cartridge and screw the nozzle
2. Cut the nozzle to the desired thickness and insert the cartridge into the gun
3. Apply the sealant at the appropriate angle according to the surface
